Introduction

I was reading something EA said about their 10 v 10 multiplayer that's coming up in Fifa 09, about how they eventually wanted whole living breathing leagues with transfer's, scouts, managers, leagues and cups and I thought why wait for EA, when with a bit of luck it can be done right here.

I've pretty much figured everything out in quite a bit of detail and will talk more of it in the rules/details section.
