A few things

First, welcome and hello, this is already growing at a nice rate in time for the release (3 October 2008).
I'm sure we'll be raring to go by then.
I've posted quite a bit on detail on how everything is going to work, luckily for most of the players, some of the tougher stuff is reserved for the managers.
Feel free to get people on board, friends or whatever, the faster this grows, the faster everyone will know their roles, teams and how everything works.
